I did return after my previous (3 star) rating and a message from the business stating that it is under new management since my initial rating. The changes are evident and the experience has improved significantly since my initial rating.

No wait. Great staff.

I biked 45 minutes to get to the store only to be turned down by the staff for a haircut. The hours listed on Google said that the store closed at 5pm, but I showed up at 3pm and was told rather rudely that the store had "already taken their last client for the day." The store's lights were on, the door was unlocked, and someone walked in right in front of me who they allowed to sign in for a haircut but as I was entering my phone number into the computer I was told to stop. The whole situation made me feel quite offended.
